It is the hardest thing for those who loves to eat food more...but it cause overweight ...and you become fat ugly person...and no one likes to talk to you and then you just fell in to the depression...but that's doesn't mean you should stop eating what you love most...you should be confident to start any thing and have to stop thinking about result....
Food.
it is the source that gives you energy to do work...but if you are becoming fat by food..then its mean you r not taking food.you are taking poison in the name of food...it happens..when your metabolism process of body become slow ...and food stay in your stomach... And don't convert in to energy.....THEN..you become slow .dull. unattractive..
The best way to eat food is to choose well food ...try to take distance from..oily food..because... It take to much time to digest...eat more fruits and green vegetables...use of yogurt and milk ...will grow your red cells and attractive skin...after eating take a small walk...and drink a glass of water after every hour...
Exercises/gym's..to burn your fat you have to burn your calories... and for that you can use green tea..a long walk or several exercising tips...a morning walk is the best exercise for a human to be fit...but you have to be aware that by going gym you can loose your weight in less time..but by take heavy load in shoulders ..you can also effect your bones and muscles...you are on the way where you need to loose weight not to be a body builder...over sleeping also make you dull so in a day just take 8hour sleep.and make yourself feel fresh.laughing is also an effective tool to bring back your
fitness.beginning is always the hardest part so don't lose hope in middle...
